As part of that process, Breezy will be processing the personal information you have shared in accordance with Esri Canada instructions. For this purpose, your personal information is being stored and processed by Breezy in the United States. As a result, your personal information may be subject to access by courts, government authorities, regulators or law enforcement in accordance with applicable laws of the United States.

When you apply for a job posted by us, the information we collect / you provide is used to determine whether or not you are a good fit for current and future roles at our company.

We may hold on to your data for up to 24 months in accordance with applicable laws and in a manner consistent with Esri Canada’s Privacy Policy which is available on Esri Canada’s website at: Esri Canada Privacy Policy and if it turns out we would like to keep it around longer, we will reach out to you for consent first.
